Do I need to install anything?
No. ONO runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone. Housekeepers use their phones.
What happens when the trial ends?
Pick a plan and add a card to keep going. If you don't, your account becomes read-only, and you can still check guests in and out who are already booked.
Can I keep my Booking.com and Expedia listings?
Yes. ONO connects to your existing listings, so your reviews and ranking stay as they are.
Who holds guest payments?
You do. Card payments go straight into your hotel's own payment account, never through ONO.
Is my data safe?
Each hotel's data is kept separate at the database level, staff sign in with two-step verification, and every change is in the audit log.
